Conference History
The iHSM conference series is a biennial international forum dedicated to advancing the science and technology of heterostructured materials. It brings together researchers from academia, national laboratories, and industry working across diverse fields—including materials science, mechanics, physics, advanced manufacturing, characterization, and computational and data-driven design—to discuss fundamental principles, emerging concepts, and future directions of heterostructured materials.
