Registration Fee

Online registration ended on July 19, 2026. On-site registration is now available at the registration desk during the conference period (July 20 – 23, 2026). Payment can be made by credit card at the desk.

Each account is permitted to submit only one presentation with a single paid registration. If you wish to register additional presentations, please create a separate account and complete an independent paid registration for each submission.

1) Accompanying person’s registration closed on July 15, 2026.
2) Both Regular and Student registrations include coupons for 3 Lunches and the Conference Banquet.
3) Conference participants will be added to the member database of the International Association on Heterostructured Materials (https://www.ihsmater.org/).

On-Site Registration Process

Step 1
Visit the on-site registration desk at the conference venue (July 20 – 23, 2026).
Step 2
Complete the on-site registration form with accurate personal and affiliation details.
Step 3
Select your participation category and pay the registration fee by credit card at the desk.
Step 4
Receive your name badge and conference materials on the spot.
Step 5
A receipt will be issued at the registration desk upon payment completion.

Payment Methods

Pay by Credit Card (On-Site)

We accept Visa, Mastercard and JCB at the on-site registration desk.

  1. Your payment will be confirmed after successful credit card processing at the desk.
  2. Once payment is completed, your registration status will be marked as Paid.

Confirmation of Registration

For participants who completed online registration, a confirmation of registration has been sent via email. If you have not received your confirmation, please contact the Secretariat.

Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.

If you completed your payment online, you can download your receipt from Registration > Receipt Page. For on-site registration, a receipt will be issued at the registration desk.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by email.
  • All refunds will be made within 4 weeks after the iHSM3 for administrative reasons.
  • If you contacted the Secretariat regarding cancellation on or before 30 June 2026, 100% of the fee shall be refunded (less any applicable processing charges).
  • The registration fee is refundable after deduction of the necessary expenses that have already been incurred.
  • Cancellation from 1 July 2026 is not refundable. The cancellation dates are based on Korean Standard Time (GMT+9).

On-Site Registration

On-site registration is now open at the registration desk during the conference period (July 20 – 23, 2026). Payment is available by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and JCB). Please bring a valid ID; students should also bring a valid student ID for the student rate.
