Log-in / Sign-up
Access the online system. If you are a new user, please create an account first.02
Start Submission
Click on the ‘Abstract Submission’ menu followed by the ‘New Abstract’ button to initiate the process.03
Fill out Information
Select the appropriate Symposia Topic from the list. Then, fill out the authors’ information, presenter details, and abstract content in the system.04
Submission Confirmation
Upon successful submission, an automated acknowledgement email will be sent to your registered address.05
Result Notification
Acceptance notifications will be delivered via email and can also be checked in the ‘My Page’ section of the website.Submission Policies
Submission Deadline
Abstracts must be written in English and submitted online no later than June 5, 2026.Submission Account
Each presenter is required to submit their abstract using their own personal account.Format & Length
The abstract should be up to one page in length and must be submitted exclusively through the official online submission system.Author Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the authors to ensure the text is free of typographical or grammatical errors. No proofreading will be provided by the secretariat, and no further corrections will be permitted after the submission deadline.Modification & Presenter Change
Submitted abstracts may be modified until June 5, 2026. However, the presenter cannot be changed once the abstract is submitted. If a change of presenter is necessary, the original abstract must be withdrawn and resubmitted through the new presenter’s account.Presentation Type
Authors may indicate their preferred presentation type (Oral or Poster). Please note that the final decision rests with the Program Committee following a formal review process.Confirmation
An automated acknowledgment of submission will be sent via email. Please ensure you receive this confirmation. If you do not receive the email, please verify your submission status under ‘My Page’.Agreement
