Registration Fee

Each account is permitted to submit only one presentation with a single paid registration. If you wish to register additional presentations, please create a separate account and complete an independent paid registration for each submission.

Amounts and categories are subject to change. Final fees will be announced on this page.

Registration Process

Step 1: Access the online registration system and create or log into your account.
Step 2: Complete the registration form with accurate personal and affiliation details.
Step 3: Select your participation category and submit the registration fee payment.
Step 4: Receive a confirmation email (see “Confirmation of Registration”).
Step 5: Download your receipt from My Page after payment completion.

Payment Methods

Pay by Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and UnionPay cards.

This payment method is provided by Eximbay and billed to www.eximbay.com.
Note: The payment descriptor will be displayed as EXIMBAY.COM.

Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation of registration will be sent to you via email within three (3) weeks upon making the appropriate payment.

Registration without appropriate payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.

After you complete your payment, you can download your receipt from My Page.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat by email.
All refunds will be made within 4 weeks after the MMM12 for administrative reasons.
If you contact the Secretariat regarding cancellation on or before 30 July 2026, 100% of the fee shall be refunded (less any applicable processing charges)., 100% of the fee shall be refunded (less any applicable processing charges).
The registration fee is refundable after deduction of the necessary expenses that have already been incurred.
Cancellation from 1 July 2026 is not refundable. The cancellation dates are based on Korean Standard Time (GMT+9).

On-Site Registration

On-site payments are expected to be available by credit card, and detailed information will be announced at a later date. Conference attendees are encouraged to complete online registration by July 15, 2026.
