Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- You must submit your payment guarantee card information in advance to confirm your room reservation.
- If you cancel your reservation by 11 days prior to arrival, there will be no penalty. Within 10 days, the following penalties apply:
- 10% — cancellation within 6–3 days before arrival
- 30% — cancellation within 2–1 days before arrival
- 70% — cancellation on the arrival day or no-show (one night room charge)
